For your satisfaction, TobyShop.com is happy to make exchanges within 14 days for any product (if of course you haven't used it!). We want to make sure you end up with the product that you want and we will do pretty much anything to make sure that happens. At Christmas we are happy to accept anything bought throughout Nov/Dec up until the end of the first week in January.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If we mess up, we will fix it. Simple as that. In the event of receiving faulty goods, please return the goods within 14 days of delivery. If you just don't like it, we'll refund it as long as it hasn't been obviously worn more than the usual 'trying on'. Basically it's common sense, 'normal' top level service we all used to take for granted. Whatever the problem, we'll do everything to make sure you're happy.
